Dina has survived four transitions within her 35 year corporate career. These include a hostile takeover, merger, acquisition and asset exchange. She coaches others based on the most daunting of her own experiences, and she encourages merging leadership teams to execute based on inspiration from a new team of employees. This is the most difficult goal to get right, and it comes with a price if you get this piece wrong, or if you don’t do anything at all.
